In addition, you must submit either 5 paragraph essay or a haiku (japanese-form poem) about
your ADD cat.
However, there is a saying "a picture is worth a thousand words". In this case, it
is worth 5 paragraphs of words -- i.e., your essay/poem requirement is waived in exchange
for a picture of your cat. You may send multiple pics but one must be 150x100 in
size.
