If you look closely (especialy with the second image from the pics archive for reference) you'll see that the basis is a tight anthrazit or black jumsuit, the bones are added ON the suit and are complemented by pieces of cloth to blur the outline of the body. I'm impressed by the effective arrangement of the bones to be medicaly acurate but still hide the shape. Lots of work!
